Unlike other photo companies, we do not rely on a location manager to hire the staff. IPCA is very selective

 so we corporately hire the entire staff for each center. The staff for each of our centers includes a  

three-piece management team, plenty of helpers, photographers, bunnies, and Santas.


Our training program is the best in the business and all personnel is thoroughly trained by our corporate staff.

 Each fall we bring all our management teams together to attend an intense two-day training seminar. 

This is a great time to, not only learn all they need to know on how to run a successful photo operation, but a great time of sharing experiences, recognizing returning managers as well as motivating and inspiring all our team leaders. Each season we also conduct an on-sight training for all our helpers, photographers, bunnies, and Santas.
